I especially enjoyed the counsel of Nathan to Bathsheba - not deceitful such as Joab gave to the woman who spoke to King David to bring Absalom back, but God honoring counsel, which lined up with the Words of the Lord.

Also, he was willing to back his counsel and come in and be the 2nd witness to David. Interestingly it appears David met with Bathsheba by herself, then Nathan by himself, then called Bathsheba back for a lone consolation, ending with David calling for Zadok, Nathan, and Benaiah.

Our we, as the Bridge able to give godly counsel of those that ask? Seek we to promote our Father's words to those who are hurting, confused or in need of direction. O' Lord, help Your bride to be washed daily in Your Word, ever seeking to desire the meat of the Word.

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
